This was to be the first boss monster that you were supposed to encounter in the game. This horrific pair are sort of conjoined twins. In the first version of this, the game's creator wanted them sexually entwined as well, but after seeing the final image, we both decided that toning it down would benefit the game far more than it would take away from the impact.
